What is the difference between ExecSuite and a hotel?
ExecSuite provides fully-furnished and equipped apartments and townhomes, often for less than the nightly rate paid for a single hotel room. We offer secure, comfortable, affordable living spaces where our guests can settle in and feel immediately at home.
Do you offer one-night rentals?
The minimum stay requirement is one week; this is offered only at our downtown Eau Claire Tower and Eau Claire Manor locations. Most other ExecSuite properties require a minimum one-month stay.
Why do you need my credit card information?
Every guest must provide a valid credit card number, expiry date and cardholder's name as it appears on the credit card, even if their company is being billed for the suite rental. The credit card will be used to guarantee payment for any incidental charges, such as dry-cleaning, movie rentals, long distance charges, etc., and in case your company declines the invoice for suite/parking rental.
Can you bill my company?
Yes. Simply provide the name and address of your company as well as the name and telephone number of the individual who will be responsible for payment. Upon their confirmation that they will accept the charges for the rental, invoices will be directed to their attention.
Do you allow pets?
Some ExecSuite properties are "pet-friendly"; however, we do require a pet deposit, which is partially non-refundable. Please contact our concierge if you are staying in one of our properties that does not allow pets, and they will be happy to provide the name and number of a reputable kennel.
Do you allow children?
We are happy to allow children to our Eau Claire Tower, ExecSuite Chinook and Mt. Royal Townhome locations.
Is parking included in the rental rate?
Parking is included at our ExecSuite Chinook and Mt. Royal Townhomes. Parking charges apply at the Eau Claire Tower, Eau Claire Manor and ExecSuite Studios – The Dana properties.
Do you have laundry facilities in your suites?
In-suite washing machines and dryers are available at all Mt. Royal Townhomes, as well as in some suites at Eau Claire Tower.
Do you have Internet in all suites?
High-speed Internet is available at ExecSuite Chinook, Mt. Royal Townhome and ExecSuite Studios – The Dana. Wireless Internet is available at Eau Claire Tower and Eau Claire Manor. A nominal fee is charged for Internet access at all ExecSuite locations.
Is a deposit required to confirm a reservation?
Unless the suite rental is being billed to an ExecSuite Preferred Corporate Client, we do require a $500 deposit, usually by way of credit card. The deposit is refundable upon check-out.
What is your cancellation policy?
ExecSuite has a 14-day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservations on or before the 14th day prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. One half of your deposit is refundable for reservations cancelled between the 4th and 13th day prior to your arrival. There will be no refund for cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.
